About LiteWork

LiteWork is a lightweight marketplace built around three roles in the glazing trade: companies that need labor or subcontract bids, working glaziers looking for the next job, and licensed installation subcontractors ready to take scopes of work.

What the platform does

What the platform is not

LiteWork is not an employer, general contractor, recruiter, or staffing agency. We do not hire, classify, supervise, or pay anyone on your behalf. Hiring decisions, classification (W-2 vs 1099), contracts, insurance verification, and payments are entirely between the parties.

How we think about the product

The goal is a small, honest tool that respects the people doing the work. We focus on features that reduce friction in finding the right counterpart and stay out of the way of the actual job. We avoid inflated marketing claims and try to keep copy plain and useful.
